Criada por Rachel Ramraz, High Davidson e Larry Dorf, que atuam como showrunners da atração, The Woman In the House Across the Street From the Girl In the Window segue a história de uma mulher que acredita ser testemunha de um assassinato em sua vizinhança.

A série é estrelada por Kristen Bell que também é produtora executiva da atração. Michael Ealy, Mary Holland, Shelley Hennig, Cameron Britton, Christina Anthony e Benjamin Levy Aguilar completam o elenco.
